NFL Draft 2025 – Rookies Who Could Help Teams Win in 2025

There are a lot of people who love to make fun of the NFL draft. They complain about its length, the fact that players don’t play for six weeks afterward and the absurd notion of millions of fans traveling to cold Wisconsin in the middle of July to sit in a parking lot outside of a football stadium where no game is being played. But the draft also provides a unique opportunity to see some young talent.

And while this year’s class hasn’t quite lived up to expectations, there are some rookies who could help teams win games in 2025.

Rookies are grouped by team in the order in which they were drafted.

Round 1 (No. 52): Oluwafemi Oladejo, Edge. Oladejo has stood out in camp, especially during one-on-one pass rush drills. He has seen some first-team reps but is a bit of a project.

Round 2 (No. 67): Jonah Savaiinaea, OT. Savaiinaea has been impressive in training camp, showing that he’s not afraid to engage and has the physical tools to be an instant starter. He will probably be fourth on the tackle depth chart to begin the season, but he’s making a case for a starting spot.
